With the growth of the 21.5 2wd buggy class, and the desire to move weight further forward, a demand has been made for greater gearing options for the Schumacher LD3 platform. We developed this motor mount to allow for large tooth-count gearing for use in the stock classes (e.g., 17.5, 21.5). This motor mount moves the motor forward approximately 6mm (depending on gearing), to move the weight bias toward the center, which aids handling on high grip tracks. This is another tuning tool to help get those tenths of a second per lap!!!
